From New York City:
From east side, travel north on FDR Drive to Willis Avenue Bridge to Major Deegan Expressway.  Continue north to the Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287) eastbound. Exit 5, "Route 119 East-White Plains."  County Center is 1/2 mile on the left.

 

From west side, take West Side Highway north to Saw Mill River Parkway to Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287) eastbound and follow directions as in #1 above.


I-95 (The New England Thruway)
to Exit 21; follow to Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287) westbound.  Exit 5, "Route 100," turn left. Follow to traffic light at intersection of Route 119 and turn left. The County Center is approximately 3/4 mile on the left.

From Long Island/New York Airports:
Take Whitestone Bridge, follow signs for Hutchinson River Parkway northbound. Follow to intersection of the Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287) westbound. Follow directions as in #3, above.

Throgs Neck Bridge to I-95 (The New England Thruway and follow to  Exit 21, Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287) westbound.  Exit 5, "Route 100," turn left.  Follow to traffic light at intersection of Route 119 and turn left. The County Center is approximately 3/4 mile on the left.


From Tappan Zee Bridge and points West:

Follow New York State Thruway (I-87) to the Cross Westchester Expressway eastbound; exit 5 "Route 119 East-White Plains." County Center is 1/2 mile on the left.


From Connecticut/New England:

Take I-95 (The New England Thruway) to Exit 21, follow to Cross Westchester Expressway westbound and follow directions as in #3.

Merritt Parkway (Route 15) southbound (in New York, name changes to Hutchinson River Parkway).  Follow to Cross Westchester Expressway westbound and follow directions as in #3.

 

From Upstate New York:
Taconic State Parkway to its southern end; follow signs to Bronx River Parkway and follow three miles to White Plains. Use exit 22; the County Center is immediately on the right side.

 

From New Jersey and points South:
North on Palisades Parkway or Garden State Parkway to New York State Thruway. Cross Tappan Zee Bridge; follow directions as in #6.

 

TRAIN/SUBWAY/BUS

Train From NYC: 
Take any subway or bus to Grand Central Station. Take Metro North to the White Plains Station.

Walking from train to County Center:
Once on the Station Platform, walk in the direction of the front car of your train.
Take the last exit stairwell (located on the left side of the platform).
Make a left at the bottom of the stairs.
Walk through a very short, well-lit tunnel.
Go right upon exiting the tunnel.
Walk on the path (Metro North to your right, parking lot to your left).
You will see the County Center ahead and to your left.
Walk to the main County Center Parking Lot.
Walk through the parking lot.
At the traffic light, cross the street to the County Center.

Walking from the Transportation Center to County Center
Walk across the street to White Plains Metro North Train Station
Go to the area behind the parking structure designated for cars to drop people off
Take the stairs down.
Make a left at the bottom of the stairs.
Walk through a very short, well-lit tunnel.
Go right upon exiting the tunnel.
Walk on the path (Metro North to your right, parking lot to your left).
You will see the County Center ahead and to your left.
Walk to the main County Center Parking Lot.
Walk through the parking lot.
At the traffic light, cross the street to the County Center.
